This is the work at the center of Yard Sharks Property Services. We take properties that have become overgrown, cluttered or difficult to maintain and make them usable, presentable and manageable again. Because we have crews, tractors, hauling equipment, chipping capability and commercial lawn equipment, one company can handle work that often gets divided among several contractors.

After the reset, Yard Sharks can build an ongoing maintenance plan around the actual property—routine mowing where appropriate, periodic brush control, trimming, seasonal cleanup and larger scheduled work when needed.
How we scope the work
Cleanup pricing depends on vegetation density, debris volume, access and disposal. We evaluate what must be cut, collected, loaded, hauled or chipped; what equipment can safely reach the work area; and whether the project should be completed in one scope or phases.

Frequently asked questions
Is yard cleanup the same as mowing?
No. Cleanup is intended for accumulated growth, debris, trimming, or reset work that goes beyond a routine mowing visit.
Do you haul away debris?
Haul-off can be included when it is part of the approved scope. The quote should identify what is being removed and what will remain on site.
Can cleanup be followed by recurring maintenance?
Yes. Many properties are better handled with an initial cleanup or overgrowth reset before moving to recurring lawn service.
